HyGie-Tech USA is a software-based modeling and simulation company that offers risk management and assessment services using its HG_Flow® software, a high performance, risk-oriented modeling system for preparedness, protection and response planning against the threat of airborne contamination in pharmaceutical manufacturing, critical infrastructure protection, biochemical laboratories, hospitals, and cleanroom applications.

HyGie-Tech SA, the parent company of HyGie-Tech USA, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Lausanne Switzerland, was established to provide 3D modeling of airflows and quantification of airborne contaminants in the pharmaceutical industry using the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software HG_Flow.

HyGie-Tech USA was formed in early 2011 as a joint venture between HyGie-Tech SA, Strategic Response Initiatives and Robert L Domenici LTC (USA Ret.) with the purpose of bringing this pioneering CFD software and environmental assessment technology to US based markets. HGTU now offers sophisticated solutions to the US, through an array of assessment, analytical and risk management services based on risk oriented CFD (roCFD) software tool HG_Flow and its dedicated modules.

Dr. Darrell Galloway - Chairman
Chairman of the Board - Dr. Darrell Galloway has served for many years in critical National Security Chemical and Biological Defense areas for numerous Defense Department and Academic institutions.

From 2003-2010 he served as the Director, ChemBio Defense Directorate Research and Development Enterprise for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Robert L. Domenici - Board Member
Chief Executive Officer and Board Member - Robert L. Domenici, LTC (USA Ret.) MPA, MSS - has founded and successfully managed several small businesses and startup companies. Most recently he founded Strategic Response Initiatives, LLC, which is a VA certified service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). SRI LLC is a Homeland Defense/ Department of Defense oriented company. He held the rank of Colonel in the New York State Guard.

Dr. Max R. Kaufmann - Board Member
Max, who is Chairman of the Swiss Parent company, HyGie-Tech SA, looks back on a solid track record of 35 years of international management experience within Novartis, a leading health care company. The last ten years up to retirement he acted as Secretary to the Group Executive Committee of Novartis.

He earned a diploma as Chemical Engineer and a PhD in Technical Sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (Switzerland). In addition to his responsibilities at HyGie-Tech he is Chairman of a Wealth Management company in Geneva and member of the Advisory Council of the Swiss Institute of Board Members and CEOs.

Dr. Philippe Le Goff - Board Member & Chief Technology Officer
Philippe is a well-known air flow and contamination specialist within the pharmaceutical industry. He is highly accomplished engineer, inventor, software developer and entrepreneur, currently serves as the Scientific Director of HyGie-Tech SA, Chief Technology Officer for HyGie-Tech USA and is the inventor of the HyGie-Tech HG_Flow software.

Raymond Andrieu - Board Member
Raymond is a highly experienced business manager who has developed and sold several businesses. He is a successful entrepreneur, inventor and medical technologist. He is the CEO of Hygie-Tech SA. Prior to joining HyGie-Tech he was the CEO & Executive Director of Bioring SA.

Robert Domenici - President & CEO
Robert Domenici is the President & CEO of HyGie-Tech USA where he provides overall strategic direction, executive management, business and partnership development functions.
